These terms cover this website, the online store, and anything you send us through either. Using the site means you accept them.
Treatments are provided by licensed providers and always begin with an evaluation. Nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient relationship; that starts only when a provider has assessed you and accepted you as a patient.
Everything published here is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for being seen. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
None of the statements on this site have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Online purchases
Several items in the store are prescription medications. Starting one here is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is dispensed until a licensed provider has reviewed you, decided the treatment is appropriate and written a prescription. If a provider decides it is not appropriate you will not be charged for it.
Prescription items cannot be resold, shared or given to anyone else.
You must be 18 or over to buy anything here or to book, and the information you give must be accurate. We may refuse or cancel any order.
This build is a demonstration. No payment processor is connected and no order placed here reaches the clinic.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Where an item is marked "Inquire" the price is quoted in the clinic after your consultation. If something is listed at the wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment is taken by our payment processor. We do not store your card number.

Memberships, packages and gift cards
Gift cards can be used against services and retail items at the Aventura clinic. They are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Your account and your content
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
If you post a review or send us a photo you give us permission to use it in connection with the clinic. You keep ownership of it, and you can ask us to stop using it.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to the clinic or its licensors. You may read them and share links to them. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Where we link to another site we do so for convenience. We do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
