What this covers
This policy is about the website: what it collects, why, and what you can do about it. Health information you give us as a patient is covered separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which gives you stronger rights.
What we collect

- Your name, email, phone and anything you write in a form when you book, apply to the affiliate program or send an inquiry.
- What your order needs
- Delivery address and order contents. Card details go straight to our payment processor. They do not touch our servers and we never see the full number.
- What your browser sends
- IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived. This is ordinary web-server and analytics data.
- What is stored on your device
- This site keeps the gift-card message you write in your browser's own storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

- To answer you, book you in and fulfil your order.
- To keep the site working and to see which pages are useful.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
- To send marketing, only if you asked for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link that works.
