Sometimes. It depends on the protocol, your history and what your provider sees in your intake. If labs are required, we'll arrange them at a partner draw site or send an at-home kit before anything is prescribed.

Compounded medications are generally not billed to insurance. Shipped products are priced per vial. The size you choose sets the price, and syringes and alcohol pads come with it. In-clinic treatments are quoted at your consultation. There is no subscription and no separate bill arriving weeks later.
