Prescription treatment orders
What can be cancelled, what can be refunded, and how long the money takes to come back.
You can cancel a prescription order at any point before a provider has completed their medical review, and you will be refunded in full.
If the provider reviews you and decides the treatment is not clinically appropriate, the order is cancelled and refunded in full. You are never charged for a treatment a provider declined to prescribe.
Once the pharmacy has dispensed and shipped a prescription it cannot be returned or refunded. This is a safety rule, not a commercial one. Medication that has left our control cannot be dispensed to anyone else.
Prepaid appointments
To cancel or move a prepaid appointment, contact the clinic before the appointment time and we will reschedule it or refund it.
If an appointment is missed with no notice, whether it can be refunded is reviewed case by case.
In-clinic services and packages
Terms for a course of treatment or a package are set at the time you buy it, and those terms apply. Anything not covered by them is reviewed case by case.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
How refunds are issued
A refund goes back to the card or account it was paid from. We cannot send it somewhere else.
Once we issue it, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If it has been longer than that, call us and we will trace it.
Something gone wrong
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, tell us as soon as you can and we will put it right. Do not use a medication that arrives damaged or with broken packaging.
