What ships
Four of our products are shipped: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Sermorelin and PT-141. Everything else on the menu is given in our Aventura clinic and is not posted.
Shipped items go anywhere in the United States. Syringes and alcohol pads come with every vial, whether it is posted to you or collected from the clinic.
When it ships
Nothing ships until a licensed provider has reviewed your order and written a prescription. That review is the step that takes the time, not the postage.

If a parcel arrives damaged or with broken packaging, do not use what is inside. Call us on (786) 539-2552 and we will replace it.

Returns
Once the pharmacy has dispensed and shipped a prescription it cannot be returned or refunded, a safety rule, not a commercial one. What can be cancelled and when is set out in the cancellation and refund policy.
