There is nothing left to buy them. A card is not another object, and with no expiry date there is no clock on it either.

- Not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires it.

- Standard medical evaluation and consent still apply. A card pays a bill; it does not skip the consultation.

- A credit, not a booking. It carries a dollar value and reserves nothing.
